AI Disclosure
We use AI to help evaluators draft and organize. Here is exactly what it does and what it does not do.
What AI does
- Extracts structured facts (dates, scores, concerns) from uploaded records.
- Drafts report sections from evaluator-provided source material.
- Suggests source citations for every AI-generated paragraph.
- Flags low-confidence extractions for evaluator review.
What AI does NOT do
- It does not determine eligibility.
- It does not produce diagnostic conclusions.
- It does not finalize, lock, or export reports.
- It does not act on a student's record without an evaluator initiating the action.
Human review required
Every AI-generated section is marked. Exports are blocked until the evaluator has explicitly reviewed each AI-drafted section.
Limitations
AI may produce errors, omissions, or outdated framing. Treat all AI output as a draft starting point, never as final professional judgment.
